Attorney Rugile is a passionate advocate for families in the Bay area. She earned her Law Degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law, where she was the recipient of an Emery Merit Scholarship and the Gerald Moore Scholarship for International Human Rights. Danella has served as a volunteer attorney with the Pro Bono Project of Silicon Valley, representing low-income litigants in civil domestic violence hearings in Santa Clara Superior Court.
Prior to attending law school, Danella was a Parent Facilitator at the Redwood City Child Development Centers. She worked with low-income parents of preschoolers, empowering them to take charge of their children’s education. In addition, Danella acted as a mediator between parents and teachers if disputes arose, helping both sides reach an amicable resolution. Danella also hosted a support group for fathers at the development, encouraging fathers of preschoolers to take an active role in their children’s education.
